Training in Schools Work

This residential course is designed for those new to schools work as well as those with some experience or who are working in schools as a part of a wider role as church-based youth or children’s workers – both paid and unpaid. It is suitable for people working in primary or secondary schools. As well as thinking about the theological underpinning of schools work there will be practical sessions and the opportunity to gain new ideas and insights.

Each course costs £250.00 total for the week, including all meals, accommodation, tuition and course materials.

A two day training course to equip youth workers in understanding the affect of bereavement, divorce and separation on young people. The training also covers how to deliver the Lost & Found course material, developed by This Way Up, to young people.
