Respect: a logo for RE

June’s Youthwork Magazine featured some ideas for a lesson on ‘loving your neighbour’, encouraging ideas about how to respect others from other backgrounds and faiths. There was a link at the end to this website: http://www.natre.org.uk/spiritedarts, which is running a competition again this summer on several different themes. One of those is ‘Respect: a logo for RE’. An example of the artwork from the 2004 competition is below.

Here is the winning entry to a previous competition on ‘Design an RE logo’ by 12 year old Robin.
