We were blessed and honoured by the presence of Lat Blaylock with us in Eastbourne, and he’s kindly shared with us his powerpoint from his session. In it we see how he addresses the question ‘Where is God?’ with young people in schools, and the creative ways that some have responded to this question. I’d highly advise you to check that out on the Resource Toolkit.
You can also access the audio recordings from the early day and the main conference at www.essentialchristian.com. Our seminars in the main conference were 10 Minutes to Change the World (Amy Stock & Lillie Jenkins, sharing ideas for school assemblies), Starting from Scratch (Lee Jackson - Southport / Mark Stafford - Eastbourne, talking about what it’s like to make that initial contact and start working in a school) and Pastoral Work 101 (Chris Curtis, thinking through what pastoral work looks like in schools and where we fit).

I publish assemblies through RE Today, and these go to teachers. If you’d like some of yours to be made known in this way, do let me know. We also have a huge back catalogue, so I’ll see if we can put some of these up at some point.
