There is a new outline on the ‘I need to…’ pages of the website that addresses exactly this issue. it’s called ‘I need to run an anger management group’, and helps you do exactly what it says on the tin!

Just found an excellent US website with anger resources at http://www.angerhelp.com. There’s a workbook for young people and teens available: I haven’t seen it but the whole site looks excellent.
